The Promise and Limits of State Constitutions February 8-9

We're excited to see so many contributors and friends to SLoG at this symposium:

The Brennan Center for Justice, State Court Report, and the NYU Law Review are delighted to announce an upcoming symposium on The Promise and Limits of State Constitutions, which will be held in-person at NYU Law School on Thursday February 8 and Friday, February 9.
At a moment when state courts and state constitutions are increasingly in the public spotlight, this symposium will tackle critical questions about judicial federalism, interpretive methods in state constitutional law, the politics of state constitutionalism, and emerging state constitutional law issues. Panelists include a wide array of scholars, practitioners, and judges.  The event is free and open to the public, and an application for New York CLE credit is pending; RSVP here
