Bill Rice

Bill Rice is a Research Assistant for SLogLaw, the State and Local Government Law Blog, as well as for the Georgetown Project on State and Local Government Policy and Law (SALPAL). He is an evening student at Georgetown Law. Prior to law school he worked at USAID, USDA, and Yazda. He also worked as a newspaper journalist in Philadelphia. He earned his MA in International Peace & Conflict Resolution from American University and a BA in History and a BA in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College.
